Open Box
A Connection Open Box product is product returned that was previously opened, and may have had some limited use. Upon its return, the item is thoroughly tested by our factory-authorized technicians and inspected for completeness and cosmetic imperfections. If the item works at 100% functionality, is returned with everything that originally shipped from the manufacturer, and is free of cosmetic defects, it will be sold on our website at a substantial discount. Some items may be repackaged in a plain carton if the original carton was marked up or damaged from previous shipping.

Each Connection Open Box product comes with a 90-day PC Connection, Inc. LIMITED WARRANTY which insures that the product is as described. None of our competitors will offer you this same warranty. Should it arrive incomplete or damaged, or does not function within the first 90 days from the date of receipt, you must contact our Customer Care Center at 1.888.213.0259. If we are unable to resolve the issue with your Open Box product, we will replace it with an identical product, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization to you and refund your purchase price (once the item is received in our warehouse in the same condition it was shipped to you). ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. Note: This 90-day LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover restrictions outlined. The manufacturer's original warranty may not be in effect for all Open Box products.

Refurbished
A Refurbished product is a previously opened product returned by a customer that the manufacturer, authorized supplier, or distributor has restored to its original operating condition. Each item is thoroughly tested by factory-authorized technicians and works at full functionality. Refurbished products are shipped with the original accessories and documentation. The manufacturer's warranty period for Refurbished products is listed in the warranty field of the product description and can vary from less than 30 days to 1 year.

Connection is not responsible for Refurbished products. The only warranty offered is from the manufacturer—not PC Connection, Inc.—and that warranty term is detailed on the refurbished product detail page. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.

Scratch and Dent
Returns happen. And sometimes product returns come back in less-than-perfect condition. In our Clearance Center, you will find these working-but-less-than-perfect returns available to you at substantial discounts.

Connection Scratch and Dent products are previously opened returns that may have had some limited use. These products are fully functional, but are missing a non-essential component originally shipped from the manufacturer (such as some documentation, disks, and/or they may have some cosmetic defects). Most items are repackaged in a plain carton if the original carton was marked up or damaged from previous shipping.

Each Connection Scratch and Dent product comes with a 30-day PC Connection, Inc. LIMITED WARRANTY which insures that the product is as described. Should it arrive in a condition other than what was described for that specific unit, or if it does not function within the first 30 days from the date of receipt, you must contact our Customer Care Center at 1.888.213.0259. If we are unable to resolve the issue with your Scratch and Dent product, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization to you and refund your purchase price (once the item is received in our warehouse in the same condition it was shipped to you). Non-Defective Returns
All non-defective returns authorized by Connection, whether opened or unopened, will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee, and must be authorized for return within 30 days from date of receipt (14 days for Outlet Scratch and Dent). We will not issue a refund after this 30-day (14-day) period. You may obtain authorization by calling Customer Care at 1.888.213.0259 or emailing at customercare@connection.com. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is valid for 10 days. Failure to return a product within the 10-day authorization period is deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
