The Tripp Lite SM1500RM2UTAA is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) for GSA Schedule purchases. This line interactive UPS system offers voltage regulation, surge suppression and long lasting, expandable battery support for personal computers, internetworking equipment and other sensitive electronics. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) circuits regulate brownouts as low as 83V and overvoltages up to 147V back to usable 120V levels.

This unit gives you complete power protection in an attractive black 2U rackmounted configuration. It includes (8) battery supported outlets arranged in (3) load banks that are individually controllable via software interface to reboot selected equipment on demand or shed less significant loads to extend battery runtime for more critical equipment. The USB and DB9 serial monitoring ports support messaging of detailed UPS operating parameters and line power status. PowerAlert software provides UPS monitoring and unattended shutdown with management support for an unlimited number of network UPS systems.

Multi-funciton audible alarm and (5) front panel LEDs give you at-a-glance notification of UPS and line power status. The UPS provides 7.5 minutes of battery runtime with a full load (1500VA) and 21 minutes at half load (750VA). Runtime is expandable with the optional BP36V15-2U external battery pack (limit 1) or the optional BP36V42-3U (multi-pack compatible). Hot-swap battery replacement is made easy via the built-in access panel.
