This team is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of our operations in line with overall strategic objectives and goals. These span traditional controllership, planning, forecasting, resource management, and operational effectiveness. Finance is committed to profitability analysis and the continuous improvement of processes to support fraud prevention, integrity of balance sheet, P&L, key drivers of margins, reduction of expenses, and overall Company financial growth.
