Connection Sweepstakes

Official Rules:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, simply log onto www.govconnection.com/promotions/giveaway/classroom and look for the “Enter to Win” button.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. This Sweepstakes will commence 9:00 am on August 5, 2019 and end 5:00 pm on November 1, 2019, Eastern Daylight Savings Time. There will be a weekly drawing every Thursday during the final 8 weeks of the Sweepstakes for the prizes described below, plus the grand prize drawing on November 14, 2019 at 5:00 pm EST. Weekly drawings are as follows:
   • Week 1: Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
   • Week 2: Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
   • Week 3: Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
   • Week 4: Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
   • Week 5: Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
   • Week 6: Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
   • Week 7: Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
   • Week 8: Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 3:00 pm EST
3. ELIGIBILITY. To enter you must be a lawful resident of the United States, as limited by the provisions in Section 9. RESTRICTIONS, below.
4. ENTRY IS ON BEHALF OF SCHOOL. When you enter the Sweepstakes you are entering on behalf of the School where you are employed, or where you or your child attends or attended (the “School”). Prizes will be delivered directly to the School and not to any individual.
5. HOW TO ENTER. (a) After you click the “Enter to Win” button you will be asked to enter certain information including your first and last name, job title or affiliation with the School, the name and address of the School, your office telephone number and your office email address. You must enter all of the information requested to enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes you indicate your agreement and the agreement of your School with the Rules of this Sweepstakes and that you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be drawn by random computer-generated selections from the entire list of entries. The drawings will take place as set forth in Section 2. The first name drawn at each weekly drawing will receive a Prize. The first seven (7) names drawn at the grand prize drawing will receive a Prize. Winners will be announced on November 14, 2019 by posting of the winning School names on Connection’s website at www.govconnection.com/promotions/giveaway/classroom. The winners will also be notified by email at the email address provided on the entry. For a list of winners, go to www.govconnection.com/promotions/giveaway/classroom. Prizes will be awarded to the School named on the winning entry. The winning School must provide its tax identification number to receive the Prizes. The winning School must agree that Connection may list the School and its logo and the name of the person submitting the entry as a winner on its website at www.govconnecton.com/promotions/giveaway/classroom.
7. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
8. PRIZES. The Prizes consist of the following:
   Prizes for the weekly drawings (8 Prizes): Week 1 – Two Lenovo 14w Laptops ($599.98); Week 2 – Two HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Printers ($499.98); Week 3 – Three ViewSonic 23.8" Monitors ($542.85); Week 4 – Two Lenovo 14w Laptops ($599.98). Week 5 – One Tripp Lite 36-Device Charging Cart ($1,055.00); Week 6 – One HP PageWide Pro Printer ($499.99); Week 7 – One ViewSonic 55" Display ($2,728.95); Week 8 – Two Lenovo 300e Laptops ($583.52).
   
   Prizes for the Grand Prize drawing: 1st Prize (x1): Twenty-five (25) Lenovo 100e Laptops, Three (3) Tripp Lite 10-Device Charging Stations, One (1) ViewSonic 75" 4K Display, One (1) Tripp Lite Heavy-Duty Stand, Two (2) Tripp Lite 1500VA UPS, One (1) HP OfficeJet Pro Printer, One (1) HP PageWide Pro Printer ($10,909.22); 2nd Prize (x2): Five (5) Lenovo 14w Laptops, Five (5) Tripp Lite Monitor Stands, Ten (10) ViewSonic 23.8" Monitors, Five (5) Tripp Lite 1500VA UPS, Five (5) HP Color LaserJet Printers ($6,166.15 per Prize); 3rd Prize (x2): One (1) Lenovo 14w Laptop, One (1) ViewSonic 55" 4K Display, One (1) Tripp Lite Large Stand, One (1) Tripp Lite 1500VA UPS, One (1) HP OfficeJet Pro Printer ($2,824.90 per Prize); 4th Prize (x2): Two (2) HP LaserJet Pro Printers, Two (2) HP Black Toner Cartridges, Two (2) HP Cyan Toner Cartridges, Two (2) HP Magenta Toner Cartridges, Two (2) HP Yellow Toner Cartridges, Two (2) HP OfficeJet Pro Printers, Two (2) HP Black Ink Cartridges, Two (2) HP Cyan Ink Cartridges, Two (2) HP Magenta Ink Cartridges, Two (2) HP Yellow Ink Cartridges ($2,099.50 per Prize).
   
   Total value of weekly drawings is $7,110.25. Total value of Grand Prize drawings is $33,090.32.
   Total value of the Sweepstakes is $40,200.57.
9. RESTRICTIONS. Offer valid in the United States only, except NOT in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, or U.S. Territories. Persons entering on behalf of their employers must be at least 18 years of age. Only one winning entry per School. Entries will not be accepted from officers, directors, agents, or employees of Connection or any of its affiliates including PC Connection, Inc., GovConnection, Inc., and More Direct, Inc. Offer void where prohibited. Prizes are not transferable by winners, and no substitution of products, cash or other prizes will be made.
10. NO WARRANTIES; NO LIABILITIES. CONNECTION PROVIDES THE PRIZES “AS IS”. CONNECTION AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED UNDER LAW, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ACCEPTING A PRIZE YOU AGREE TO RELEASE CONNECTION AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OF THE PRIZE OR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ACQUIRED WITH THE PRIZE.
11. USE OF DATA. Your data may be used by Connection in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which may be accessed at www.govconnection.com. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from Connection and the sponsor(s). You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such emails or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting the site. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in the Sweepstakes. During the Dates of Sweepstakes listed above, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which are deemed related to the Sweepstakes and related programs.
