Houses and Powers a Variety of Tripp Lite Media Converters

The N785-CH12 chassis is ideal for housing a variety of select Tripp Lite N784-H and N785-H Series media converters. Up to 12 media converters can be installed to create a variety of copper-to-fiber or copper-to-copper installations, including Singlemode, Multimode and even open SFP port media converters.

Note:

The N785-CH12 is not compatible with N785-H01-SFP-D, N785-I01-SFP-D or N785-I01-SFP-DU.

Rackmountable Chassis is Perfect for Rack Enclosures

The chassis takes up 3 Units (3U) of space and fits in all 19" standard racks. Simply install the included rack-mount kit and mounting hardware. The N785-CH12 can also be wall-mounted or placed on a flat surface. Three rear-mounted fans keep the installation cool while a built-in front panel with LED's allows for troubleshooting at a glance.

Compatible with AC and DC Power Supplies

The N785-CH12 chassis can provide power to a media converter installation with either AC (N785-CH75W-AC, included and sold separately) or DC (N785-CH75W-DC, sold separately) power supplies. A single power supply is used to provide primary power to the installation while a second power supply (sold separately) can be installed as a redundant backup to keep the installation operating through power failures.
