R-Zero Rzero Platform Subscription for Eon

Subscription Package includes

the assistance of R-Zero's Customer Success team, Product support and
maintenance, Product Warranty, and R-Zero's proprietary software as a service
platform, including dashboards, and any APIs that is made available for access
and use, as such application may be hosted, branded and updated or modified by
R-Zero from time to time (the "SaaS Services").

Customer Success Package includes:

• R-Zero representative dedicated to your account
• New product feature training
• Dedicated support assistance
• Helpdesk access: Troubleshooting and resolution of support tickets

The Warranty includes:

• Protection against malfunctions of hardware and firmware component defects over
  subscription period (excl. damages due to mishandling)
• Consumable replacement including power cords, bulb replacements, and defective device
  replacements as needed at no cost during coverage period 
• Onsite technician and servicing visits at no cost to you: 

1. PIR sensor replacement
2. Power entry with wire harness replacement
3. Top cap replacement (halo light not illuminating properly) (for Arc)
4. Ballast repairs
5. UI board replacements

Software Subscription includes:

• Detailed activity by location and device
• Email summary reports
• Export data to use with 3rd-party tools
• Product improvements and feature upgrades
• Developer-friendly API & documentation
