TallyCom Plus connects any printer with a parallel port to a LAN environment. The products are easy to install, configure and monitor thanks to the built-in web-server. They set new standards for 'plug and print' ease-of-use, and offer the fastest Ethernet connection available today, at transfer rates in excess of 1.1 Mb per second.

TallyCom Plus 10/100 is a pocket size device - small, fast and unobtrusive. It sits neatly behind any printer. When initially connected, TallyCom Plus automatically prints the installation instructions. This makes installation quick and simple. Installation, configuration and monitoring are subsequently accomplished using a standard Web-browser or using the PrintGuide utility provided. All Print Servers can be configured from a central remote site. TallyCom Plus products support self-configuration protocols on a TCP/IP network. The Print Servers find an Internet Protocol (IP) address on power up making installation even simpler.

One of the many unique features is the e-mail function. In the case of a printer error, such as "no paper", TallyCom Plus sends an error report to a chosen e-mail address. This alerts the user, thus minimizing printing downtime. These hardware solutions support most Ethernet platforms. They work concurrently in multiple-host environments, reducing hardware costs.
