Recognition Programs

We believe in celebrating our employees’ hard work and contributions and fostering a culture of appreciation and support in our workplace. We achieve this through several key initiatives:

  • Our Milestone Anniversary program celebrates and rewards employees for every 5 years of employment, including a celebratory yearbook and complimentary gift of choice.
  • Our Sales new hire program includes company-wide praise and acknowledgement of our rookies who deliver outstanding sales achievements.
  • Our company-wide “spirit” recognition program allows employees to acknowledge peers who exemplify the Connection spirit.
  • Numerous departmental programs recognize employees who go above and beyond.

Special Recognition Days

As part of our employee recognition program, we make it a priority to express our gratitude to our employees on special recognition days and holidays, such as Employee Appreciation Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and other opportunities throughout the year. We do this by organizing fun raffles for our employees, providing breakfast or lunches for onsite staff, and virtual events as a way to thank our employees for their hard work and dedication to our company.
