We believe that by fostering a culture of giving back, we can create a positive and lasting impact in the lives of many. As part of our commitment, we provide opportunities for our dedicated employees and partners to actively contribute and make a positive difference alongside Connection’s official corporate giving efforts.

We believe in upholding the highest standards of respect, excellence, teamwork, integrity, and corporate citizenship. These core values guide our actions and help us build stronger relationships with our employees and communities.

As part of our commitment to corporate citizenship, we constantly look for opportunities to contribute to charitable causes that align with our values. We support our communities in several ways, including:

  • Encouraging charitable giving at events we host and attend—giving our employees, partners, and attendees an opportunity to select a charity they wish to support that aligns with our core values.
  • Providing volunteer opportunities and one day of volunteer time off (VTO) to our employees. We believe volunteering is a great way to give back and make a positive difference in our communities.
  • Providing funding for charitable employee requests, allowing employees to support causes they care about.

Our Efforts in Action

Whether it’s direct corporate giving and donation matching or employee-led fundraisers, Connection helps drive real change for those in need.
