Uncover Risks to Help Improve Security
HP offers two free assessments that can help you optimize print security in your organization:- HP Quick Assess demonstrates the security manager tool. This process will utilize the security manager to poll up to 20 HP Printers in your environment and check for 13 different security settings and provide a report on the spot.
- Firmware Status Assessment: Connection will ask you to provide information on your devices, including model, firmware version, and unique identifier (ex. serial #). HP can take that information to provide a report on the status of firmware—which printers are vulnerable and need updates, which printers are okay and updated, and which can’t be updated, for which a replacement is recommended.
